Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction and design-professional transactional work.
• Admission to the New York Bar in good standing.
• Portable book of business a plus and will be reflected in compensation.

Responsibilities

• Represent architects, engineers, and design professionals across project lifecycles.
• Draft, negotiate, and advise on design and construction contracts (AIA and custom).
• Counsel on risk management, licensing, project structuring, and day-to-day queries.
• Serve as trusted advisor with full firm support behind you.
