Job summary

WTW is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to manage the internal service process for assigned commercial property and casualty construction clients. This remote role supports clients across the United States and requires strong communication and independent problem-solving.

The base salary range is $48,200–$86,000 USD annually, with a comprehensive benefits package. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this opportunity; prior insurance brokerage experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send renewal solicitations and coordinate client calls with carriers.
• Assist with marketing contractor renewals and project-specific work.
• Prepare client presentations, proposals, and insurance summaries.
• Input data into systems and ensure policy management accuracy.
• Process policy and endorsements, review quotes, binders and filings.
• Prepare invoices and support client billing activities.
