This role requires 5+ years of estimating experience in plumbing and HVAC, a strong understanding of MEP systems, and proficiency in software like QuoteSoft and Excel. The estimator will analyze construction drawings, develop estimates, and collaborate with teams to ensure competitive project bids. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience estimating commercial plumbing and/or HVAC new construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, mathematical, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze architectural and civil drawings to prepare accurate material estimates.
• Develop complete estimates including labor, materials, and subcontractor quotes.
• Collaborate with purchasing for competitive pricing and supplier quotes.
