Job summary

Aktion Associates, a North American ERP software reseller, is seeking a Construction Application Consultant to remotely support client software implementations and ensure high customer satisfaction. The role involves proactive communication, adherence to Aktion's methodology, and travel up to 20% as needed.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience with construction ERP software and a background in accounting/finance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Construction ERP software.
• Experience with at least one of the listed ERP systems (Acumatica preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client software implementations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions and tracking issues.
• Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation.
• Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.
