Qualifications

• 2–6 years of litigation experience.
• 2–3+ years construction defect defense experience.
• Active Texas Bar.
• Must be local to the Texas market.
• Strong litigation writing and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal correspondence, and case analysis.
• Attend inspections and site visits; work with experts; support partners on depositions, hearings, strategy, and case progression.
