Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years experience in cable/telecom construction (fiber and coax preferred).
• 2–5 years experience in project coordination or supervisory roles.
• Exposure to budgeting, cost tracking, and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Support planning of workflows, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress and address delays or issues.
• Develop and support cost estimates and track budgets.
• Oversee subcontractors and field crews.
• Ensure compliance with standards, permits, and regulatory requirements.
