Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Conflicts Analyst for a growing national law firm. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with a collaborative team while handling conflicts research, engagement letters, and data cleanup.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1+ year in a conflicts environment, with strong communication and attention to detail. Candidates must be comfortable working remotely outside standard hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ years of conflicts experience in a law firm.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define search strategies and conduct conflicts searches for new business and lateral matters.
• Analyze results and communicate findings to attorneys with suggested resolutions.
• Perform corporate research to determine affiliations and relationships.
• Collaborate with conflicts team to aid in conflicts resolution.
• Draft engagement letters, conflict waivers and screen memorandums.
• Assist in large-scale review and cleanup of client/matter data and conflicts database.
• Provide excellent service to legal assistants and firm attorneys.
• Willingness to work remotely outside normal hours as needed.
