Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience in Computer Vision through industry, research, or academia.
• Strong proficiency in Python with practical CV development experience.
• Expertise in modern CV techniques and model evaluation.
• Hands-on with PyTorch or TensorFlow and related libraries.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and communicate well.

Responsibilities

• Design real-world computer vision tasks across domains (detection, segmentation, recognition, multimodal).
• Develop high-quality reference solutions and integrate tasks into evaluation environments using Python.
• Build evaluation components, testing frameworks, and rubrics for model assessment.
• Assess outputs for accuracy, reasoning quality, and technical correctness.
• Identify gaps, classify failures, and provide written analyses of model behavior.
• Collaborate with SMEs to maintain training data quality and evaluation standards.
