Job summary

Ambrosia Labs in Connecticut seeks a Computational Immunologist with expertise in bioinformatics to support the development of serological assays and antigen discovery for human pathogens.

You will design experiments, analyze sequencing data, perform HTS design, and train colleagues while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to test concept antigens, write protocols, and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in bioinformatics (Ph.D. or MS with experience).
• Experience with phage display, mRNA display, or ribosome display is advantageous.
• Ability to publish in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences.
• Experience working in an R&D laboratory and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, development, and evaluation of antigen discovery processes.
• Independently analyzes data and presents findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and train colleagues.
• Write protocols, SOPs, and technical reports.
• Maintain awareness of safety rules and regulations.
