Job summary

Manifold Bio in Boston, Davao Oriental, seeks a Computational Scientist to join the Quantitative Biology team. You will work closely with experimental scientists to design and analyze multiplexed protein library experiments.

The ideal candidate will possess a PhD and experience in antibody engineering, as well as a strong background in data pipeline development and analysis. This role includes responsibilities such as inventing new assays and performing data analytics in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent experience in computational biology, bioinformatics, protein engineering, or similar field.
• Experience in antibody design, optimization, or discovery.
• Familiarity with massively parallel reporter assays (MPRAs) and high-throughput screening data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Invent new protein engineering assays.
