Job summary

Fujifilm North America Corporation is seeking a Manager, E-Commerce Platforms to own platform administration, vendor relations, and evaluations of new composable components. You will work with Product Owners, Analytics, Marketing, IT, and Legal to optimize the stack across commercetools, Klaviyo, and related SaaS tools.

This role focuses on operational vendor work, driving platform improvements, and supporting growth initiatives in a dynamic DTC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–4 years in e-commerce tech, platform administration, or marketing tech.
• Hands-on administration of at least one e-commerce or marketing automation platform.
• Experience with SaaS vendors on support, renewals, or account management.
• Participation in at least one software evaluation or vendor selection.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data flows between commerce, marketing, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Administer platform settings, access, roles, environments, and integrations across SaaS tools.
• Manage licenses, seats, and platform spend; track budget.
• Coordinate vendor-driven changes like upgrades and deprecations.
• Maintain audit-ready procedures, runbooks, and access records.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for SaaS vendors and vendor reviews.
• Track contracts, renewal dates, SLAs, and flag issues early.
• Prepare renewal materials for Procurement and Legal.
• Coordinate with systems integrator partners on configuration tasks.
• Evaluate new composable components; build vendor shortlists and demos.
• Research headless CMS, search, and marketing tools; summarize trade-offs.
• Maintain a current map of stack, data flows, owners, and renewals.
• Admin for Klaviyo and other marketing tools; ensure data flows and consent settings.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Analytics on data integration across systems.
• Support launches of new DTC capabilities like personalization and on-site search.
