Job summary

PNC is seeking a Compliance Program Specialist within its Treasury Management Merchant Services organization. The role is based remotely, with responsibilities spanning compliance program execution, monitoring, reporting, and risk assessment to ensure alignment with laws, card network rules, and internal policies.

The ideal candidate will support marketing, product development, and documentation reviews, maintain compliance manuals, and help escalate and resolve compliance issues.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required; 2+ years of relevant experience.
• No required certification(s) listed.

Responsibilities

• Supports compliance programs to promote adherence to laws, regulations, card network requirements, and internal policies.
• Assists with evaluating compliance implications for marketing, sales, product development, and documentation reviews.
• Researches applicable laws/regulations and maintains Compliance Manuals and procedures.
• Executes compliance monitoring and review activities to support risk management and controls.
• Prepares compliance reports, tracks issues, and identifies trends to enhance reporting processes.
• Escalates identified risks to senior team members as needed and suggests resolutions.
