Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, IS, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years in IT audit, internal audit, assurance, or control testing.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, HITRUST, NIST, or COSO.
• Experience with evidence collection, documentation, or walkthroughs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute SOC 2, HITRUST readiness activities and gap identification.
• Support external audit fieldwork and close auditor requests on time.
• Maintain audit evidence in the enterprise GRC platform.
• Assess major business risks and reporting by management.
• Track risk appetite policies and remediation progress.
• Coordinate transition of external audit engagements to a single firm.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, legal, technology, and business units.
• Communicate assurance findings to stakeholders with varying risk expertise.
