Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission in Fort Worth seeks a Compliance Reviewer to assess state-regulated programs, review survey findings, and provide corrective recommendations based on CMS PoD guidelines.

Under supervision of the QA Regional Programs Manager, you will help develop and revise quality assurance processes, train staff, and ensure adherence to federal and state requirements. Telework eligible; full-time position.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state and federal laws and rules related to one or more program areas.
• Familiar with CMS guidance and state performance standards.
• Ability to interpret regulations and enforce compliance across programs.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and provides corrections for deficiencies and violations across the state.
• Develops and maintains quality assurance tracking systems.
• Interacts with CMS for directives and guidance related to compliance topics.
• Prepares analysis and reports on QA activities and trends.
• Participates in workgroups and committees as the QA SME.
