The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in compliance-related functions, with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five or more years in compliance, privacy, auditing, governance, risk management, investigations, regulatory affairs, or related functions.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and maintaining policies, standards, or procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance monitoring, auditing, and testing to evaluate adherence to regulatory, contractual, privacy, and policy requirements.
• Assist with privacy program administration, training, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate vendor risk management, attestations, and contract obligation tracking.
• Monitor regulatory changes and maintain compliance tracking mechanisms.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership and governance committees.
• Support investigations, issue management, and remediation tracking.
