Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Compliance Program Analyst to support enterprise compliance and privacy programs, including governance, policy management, and third-party oversight. The role focuses on monitoring, risk assessments, corrective actions, and audit readiness across HIPAA/privacy obligations.

You will contribute to regulatory change management, policy governance, incident investigations, and data-driven reporting for executive leadership, with a remote nationwide work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience in compliance, privacy, auditing, governance, risk management, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and Federal healthcare program requirements.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and maintaining policies, standards, or procedures.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory, contractual, and policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance monitoring, auditing, and testing to evaluate adherence to regulatory, contractual, privacy, and policy requirements.
• Document observations, findings, root causes, and recommendations for corrective action; monitor remediation activities.
• Assist with privacy program administration, HIPAA/privacy obligations, and incident tracking.
• Support third-party vendor risk management and contract obligation tracking.
• Monitor changes in healthcare regulations and assist with regulatory rollout across the organization.
• Develop compliance dashboards and reports for leadership; support governance committee materials.
