Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Compliance Program Analyst to support enterprise compliance, privacy programs, and governance. You will help monitor risks, coordinate corrective actions, manage policy lifecycle, and prepare executive-level reporting.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of compliance experience, with knowledge of HIPAA, privacy regulations, and vendor oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Five or more years of experience supporting compliance, privacy, auditing, governance, or related functions.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and federal healthcare program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance monitoring, auditing, and testing to evaluate adherence to regulatory, contractual, privacy, and policy requirements.
• Conduct risk-based reviews to identify vulnerabilities and emerging risks.
• Document observations, findings, root causes, and recommendations for corrective action.
• Monitor corrective action plans and remediation activities through completion.
• Support enterprise compliance risk assessments and annual work plans.
• Analyze trends to identify systemic compliance concerns.
• Assist with privacy program administration and HIPAA/privacy obligations.
• Coordinate documentation, mitigation activities, and follow-up actions.
• Track privacy incidents and support reporting and trend analysis.
• Assist with privacy-related training and awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate vendor risk management activities and annual reviews.
• Review vendor documentation and monitor third-party commitments.
• Support policy governance, drafting, review, and maintenance.
• Assist with investigations and issue management in compliance matters.
