Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance and ethics, with sanctions and risk management.
• Familiarity with sanctions screening, FCPA, and financial crime controls.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication for diverse audiences; simplify complex legal concepts.
• Experience with AI and automation to enhance compliance workflows.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Slides.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance corporate compliance and ethics programs and policies.
• Support third-party risk management, including sanctions screening and hospitality reviews.
• Identify and escalate compliance risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Conduct risk assessments and track mitigation actions.
• Support regulatory monitoring across regions and translate requirements into guidance.
• Maintain and improve self-service compliance resources and knowledge hubs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance matters.
