Job summary

Polymarket is seeking a senior compliance professional to build and own the US FCM compliance program, ensuring procedures meet CFTC and NFA requirements. You will monitor developments, draft policies, and coordinate regulator interactions with the CCO.

You will lead written supervisory procedures, perform gap analyses, and work cross-functionally with trading, operations and legal to reflect how the business operates in practice. This is a remote, high-stakes role with significant impact.

Qualifications

• Direct compliance experience at a CFTC-registered FCM.
• Deep knowledge of CFTC and NFA rules; ability to cite regulations and identify gaps.
• Experience drafting written supervisory procedures.
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
• Clear, direct written communication for regulators, stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the FCM compliance program and procedures.
• Conduct ongoing gap analyses against CFTC and NFA requirements.
• Draft, maintain and update compliance policies as business grows.
• Serve as primary contact for NFA and CFTC inquiries and coordinate responses.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate changes into updates.
• Support the CCO on exam prep, reporting and filings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with trading, operations and legal to reflect real practice.
