Integra Partners is hiring a Compliance Analyst to strengthen our Legal team and oversee compliance monitoring within the DMEPOS space. You will audit providers, investigate FWA issues, and manage training records while collaborating with multiple internal teams and health plan customers.

In this role you will learn Integra’s policies, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and contribute to ongoing regulatory updates while driving process improvements and maintaining high integrity in handling sensitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least three years’ experience in Special Investigation Unit processes or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of fraud, waste and abuse issues, healthcare credentialing, medical billing, HIPAA.
• Experience with data analysis; proficient in Excel; Tableau experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of medical billing processes.

Responsabilités

• Conduct audits of vendors and healthcare providers in support of FWA monitoring.
• Run Fraud, Waste and Abuse investigation processes.
• Support administration of the Corporate Compliance program.
• Assign and monitor compliance training and maintain auditable records.
• Collaborate with credentialing, QA, and network management teams to address concerns.
• Partner with health plan customers on audits and draft responses.
• Investigate internal and external compliance concerns.
• Conduct Security Risk Assessments and present results to the compliance committee.
• Coordinate with data security staff to address security issues.
• Report to Compliance Manager, Payer Division.
