Job summary

Machinify is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead a remote team of nurses and audit professionals, applying clinical review expertise to drive staffing, productivity, and quality across our organization. You will oversee the Complex Clinical Bill Review team, coordinate training, support QA processes, monitor SLAs, and partner with IT and client success to align workflow improvements with strategic goals.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted nursing license (RN) in good standing is required.
3+ years supervisory or leadership experience, preferably managing remote staff.
3+ years’ experience performing clinical audits of itemized bills.

Responsibilities

Oversee the Complex Clinical Bill Review team and manage production expectations, SLAs, and client communication.
Analyze and track internal requirements and processes through documentation and workflow analysis.
Coordinate system enhancements and IT-related activities (JIRA, UAT) for the clinical review team.
