Job summary

Machinify is seeking a Manager to oversee the Itemized Bill Review team and coordinate cross-departmental efforts to meet SLAs. The role emphasizes process improvement, staff training, and strong client communication.

The candidate should bring a background in healthcare auditing, leadership, and familiarity with healthcare software and process development. This position offers a flexible work arrangement across the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience performing audits of itemized bills.
• 2+ years’ experience in a leadership position.
• Degree in nursing, healthcare administration or coding certification preferred.
• Proven experience with healthcare industry software products and process development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Itemized Bill Review (IBR) team, managing production expectations, SLA’s, client communication, and team performance.
• Analyze and track internal business requirements and processes through document and workflow analysis.
• Continuously evaluate the functionality across multiple programs to ensure efficient and accurate reviews.
• Perform requirements gathering to problem solve for any process-related issues that require attention from development.
• Manage team member’s current assignments and collaborate across teams/departments for timeliness to ensure all internal and external SLAs are met.
