Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (industry designations preferred), California OSIP Certification, and jurisdictional expertise.

Qualifications

• California expert with OSIP Certification.
• Licensing: OSIP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a complex claim inventory and provide guidance to resolve issues.
• Serve as subject matter expert to assist in lines of business and key jurisdictions.
• Provide technical leadership and contribute to policies and procedures.
• Mentor complex claim consultants, adjusters and team leads.
• Lead calibration exercises to ensure consistency.
