You will assess client clinical needs for higher levels of care and provide in-the-moment phone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues, guiding them to appropriate, evidence-based facilities and programs entirely by phone and email.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical social work and an active LCSW or equivalent independent licensure.
• Experience managing high-risk clinical situations and navigating health plans.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with a small clinical team.
• Full-time resident of the United States and bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Assess client clinical needs for higher levels of care and provide in-the-moment phone support.
• Ensure client safety and guide clients to evidence-based facilities and programs.
• Provide longitudinal case management via phone and email, not in-person.
• Help clients understand benefits, navigate health plans, and improve engagement.
