BizTek People, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Compensation Analyst to support the development, analysis, and administration of compensation programs.

This role partners with HR teams to ensure accurate job classifications, competitive compensation structures, and compliance with compensation policies. The position involves conducting job analyses and salary surveys, supporting program development and cost analysis, and maintaining compensation tools and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of HR administration experience.
• Knowledge of compensation structures, salary surveys, and job classifications.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job analyses, classification reviews, and salary surveys.
• Support compensation program development, administration, and cost analysis.
• Maintain compensation tools, systems, and documentation.
• Provide guidance on compensation policies and procedures.
