Job summary

The LaSalle Network is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our growing insurance-industry client. You’ll support compensation administration, job architecture, career pathing, market pricing and analytics across about 2,000 employees and 15 business units in a hybrid work environment.

In this project-driven role, you’ll build governance frameworks, partner with HR leadership, and use Workday to drive accurate pay programs, internal equity reviews and competitive benchmarking.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of compensation experience supporting market pricing, internal equity and compensation analysis.
• Hands-on Workday experience supporting compensation processes and/or related initiatives.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP functions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain compensation concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Experience supporting career architecture, job leveling and/or organizational design initiatives.
• Exposure to HR technology implementations and/or HRIS support.
• UKG exposure.

This is a growth-driven position supporting the expansion and maturation of the Compensation function. The role will support compensation administration, job architecture, career pathing, market pricing and compensation analytics across approximately 2,000 employees and 15 business units.
