Job summary

CircleLink Health is hiring 10 elite Compact Registered Nurses for a fully remote role. You will manage a large panel of Medicare patients, conducting monthly clinical calls to drive outcomes and reduce hospitalizations. This is a performance-driven, autonomous position with income tied to output.

The role emphasizes independence, scale, and a primary focus on remote care. Schedule is flexible within 8am–5pm EST, and compensation is generation-based with a 1099 contractor arrangement.

Qualifications

• Compact RN license required.
• Extremely self-directed and highly organized.
• Ability to manage large caseloads (>100 patients/month).
• Metrics-driven with focus on measurable outcomes.
• Tech fluent and quick to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Run monthly clinical calls with chronic care patients.
• Coach and educate to drive behavior change.
• Maintain compliant documentation in the platform.
• Close preventive care gaps and coordinate services.
• Update care plans and track interventions.
• Support transitions of care to reduce readmissions.
• Manage panel efficiently and consistently.
