Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Outreach and Family Programs professional to collaborate with military-related staff and community agencies. You will deliver public speaking, run educational programs, and engage in health fairs to promote program goals.

You will organize peer support networks, coordinate resources, and report outcomes to support evaluations. Strong communication and documentation in HPDMS are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete specialized training in peer support counseling and suicide prevention.
• Knowledge of DoW, Service, and community resources that support service members and families.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project staff, client office personnel, and community agencies to resolve issues.
• Deliver public speaking sessions and educational programs to community groups.
• Engage in community health fairs and present aligned with project promotions.
• Supervise Outreach Client Service Representatives and ensure program materials are distributed.
• Maintain professional demeanor and advocate for the program.
• Document services in HP enterprise-wide platforms as directed.
