Job summary

BrightQuest Treatment Center is seeking a Community Outreach Liaison to bridge the center with the local community, cultivate referrals, and organize outreach events.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with hospitals, physicians, and social service agencies, with travel as needed and a remote work setup preferred for candidates in Florida or the Northeastern U.S. Strong communication and HIPAA-compliant records handling are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field plus 2–3 years in a relevant role.
• Current licensure or certification must be maintained.
• Knowledge of records keeping and HIPAA basics.
• Experience in behavioral health or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, and social service agencies.
• Attend events to raise visibility and network with referrals.
• Present workshops to educate on mental health and services.
• Collaborate with local organizations to meet community needs.
• Maintain Salesforce referent database and daily activity logs.
• Coordinate referrals and admissions with HIPAA-compliant records.
• Engage in face-to-face outreach and host events.
• Participate in industry networking and maintain referent relationships.
