Job summary

The position is remote with the candidate required to reside in Missouri and be licensed there; outpatient experience is strongly preferred and collaboration

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health is required.
• 4+ years of experience providing behavioral health outpatient care in a community setting or independent practice is required.
• Experience with assessment of treatment plans related to mental health and substance abuse across the continuum of care is required.
• Experience with managed care, case management, utilization management, or quality improvement is required.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or LMHC or LPC or LMFT or LMHP is required; state-specific licensure may be required for certain states.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and present program results and develop data-driven analysis and metrics used to measure effectiveness and ROI of programs.
• Partner with staff and internal/external departments on provider education and outreach; identify gaps and deploy education efforts.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to interpret results for health plan reporting and quality payments; facilitate recommendations.
• Implement procedures to track and solve operational issues between provider networks, community, and facilities.
• Act as the clinical representative in various meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality and satisfaction for staff, providers, and members.
• Serve as liaison on utilization, quality improvement and case management activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
