Job summary

GroundBreakers is seeking Community Ambassadors for a remote unpaid internship. This role involves engaging local leaders and contributing to a collaborative team focused on social justice issues.

The ideal candidates will support the Racial Equity Guidebook initiative and have strong writing and interpersonal skills. Passion for impact and dedication to racial equity are required. Applications are accepted until May 28, 2021.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to racial equity required.
• Fundraising experience, especially with non-profits, desired.
• Prior experience in writing is highly desired.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Candidates must be self-directed and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Engage and amplify the work of local leaders in focus areas.
• Participate in collaborative team calls for fundraising campaigns.
• Contribute monthly blog posts to the media platform.
• Collaborate on the Racial Equity Guidebook initiative.
