• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex information and synthesize feedback into actionable themes.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to deadlines.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.

• Analyze and synthesize feedback from working group discussions into actionable themes and content for draft communications.
• Provide strategic feedback and assistance with external stakeholder communications to socialize the migration.
• Support strategic engagements with DHS Component tenants, developing and implementing effective communication strategies.
• Develop strategic messaging materials, including talking points, briefing slides, and other communication tools.
