Trillium Health Resources is seeking a Communications Specialist II – Graphic Design to support execution of communications and marketing activities with a focus on graphic design across digital, print, and media channels.

You will design visual content, apply brand and accessibility standards, and collaborate with the communications team to deliver consistent, audience-appropriate materials that support organizational objectives.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED with six years in communications, public relations, marketing, website design or maintenance, or social marketing.
• Associate's degree with four years of experience in the same fields.
• Bachelor's degree with two years of experience in the same fields.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Aufgaben

• Design print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, reports, newsletters, infographics, and social media graphics, from concept through final files.
• Create layouts for multi-page publications such as newsletters and reports.
• Apply and help maintain Trillium's brand standards, ensuring visual consistency across all communications.
• Design accessible materials that meet accessibility requirements, including color contrast, readable typography, and alternative text.
• Prepare files for print vendors and digital platforms and manage production timelines and proofs.
• Collaborate with writers and program staff to turn complex health information into clear, engaging visuals.
• Support content writing, email communications, and website updates as needed.
