Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in communications, public relations or media relations.
• Proven ability to lead projects and teams across functions.
• Excellent writing, editing, storytelling and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the communications team and foster a high-performing culture.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute communication strategies.
• Provide guidance on messaging, planning, audience engagement and change communications.
• Oversee internal and employee communications and content development.
• Oversee member communications across channels for trust and engagement.
• Lead public relations efforts including media relations and reputation management.
• Support crisis communication planning and response readiness.
• Measure and improve communications effectiveness.
