Job summary

The position reports to the Director of Advancement and Communications and involves coordinating marketing, admissions content, and the school’s storytelling efforts, while partnering with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a communications, marketing, or content-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and send the weekly parent newsletter on a consistent schedule.
• Develop content for the website, newsletters, and other school communications.
• Write and manage the school blog to support storytelling and marketing goals.
• Support donor communications, including annual fund materials and the donor impact report.
• Manage and update the school website content and assets (Finalsite).
• Oversee digital marketing, SEO, paid digital/social advertising, and reporting.
• Coordinate admissions and enrollment marketing materials with an external designer.
• Manage school social media accounts and photo archive.
• Lead the communications calendar across newsletters, website, and campaigns.
• Support event communications and related content.
