Reveille Group is seeking a Communications Data Analyst to provide senior-level analytics support for a federal strategic communications and stakeholder engagement program. The role emphasizes integrating data across CRM, analytics, and engagement sources to deliver reliable reporting for leaders, while adhering to privacy, security, and records management requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data analytics, BI, or CRM analytics experience.
• Experience building executive dashboards and recurring performance reports.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Experience with CRM data and reporting in Dynamics or Salesforce.
• Advanced Excel skills for data cleaning, lookups, pivots, modeling.
• SQL or other query language and blending data from multiple sources.
• Ability to translate findings into narratives for nontechnical audiences.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and information handling.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting cycles with deadlines.
• Ability to meet federal suitability and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design a measurement framework linking objectives to KPIs and reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards for communications and CRM activity.
• Analyze reach, channel performance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop CRM data structures including contacts and engagements.
• Monitor data quality and coordinate corrections.
• Integrate data from CRM, analytics, surveys, and more.
• Create audience and stakeholder segmentation models.
• Conduct trend and cohort analyses to identify opportunities.
• Produce monthly and executive reports with clear recommendations.
• Support surveys and feedback integration into dashboards.
• Track deliverables and service levels per government standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs.
• Develop data dictionaries and SOPs.
• Present findings to leadership with practical recommendations.
• Respond to routine and surge reporting requests with accuracy.
