National University is seeking a Communications Coordinator to support, create, and execute internal and external communications. The role targets staff, faculty, students, alumni and other audiences, using social media, digital assets and posts to amplify messaging.

You will plan and track communications, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and apply graphic design standards while maintaining brand voice. Strong writing and collaboration across stakeholders are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, English or related field.
• 1-2 years of communications, media production, and social media experience.
• Ability to use multiple platforms for creating and editing content.

Responsabilidades

• Supports internal and external communications to enhance messaging and align with objectives.
• Writes and edits copy across channels at high standards.
• Creates content for newsletters and social media and other materials.
• Develops graphics for newsletters and posts and other communications.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand objectives and offer solutions.
• Establishes communication cadences and guidelines to follow protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.
