Job summary

JLL is seeking a dynamic Project Manager, Commissioning to join our Commissioning & Building Analytics (CBA) team. You will lead commissioning efforts across multiple projects to ensure building systems perform optimally and meet standards.

In this role you will drive field activities, manage documentation, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, with travel up to 50% to client sites across the USA.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of mechanical/electrical engineering and/or field testing experience.
• Experience with ASHRAE, CSA and LEED commissioning requirements.
• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems inspections and commissioning activities.
• Proficiency with calibrated testing equipment such as flow hoods, anemometers, pitot tubes, IR cameras and PQ meters.
• Strong written and verbal communication and data management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning projects across design, construction and post-construction.
• Perform field commissioning activities, site visits and test scripts execution.
• Review drawings, specs and submittals for alignment with requirements.
• Develop and maintain commissioning plans, specifications and schedules.
• Chair commissioning meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Manage project documentation and logs from start to finish.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites across the USA.
