Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• 1–3 years experience in R&D, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
• Exposure to SAP or ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
• Strong project and influence management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team to execute commercialization launches for new or modified products.
• Actively communicate milestones and timelines to meet first ship dates.
• Collaborate with Sales and Graphics to ensure projects align with the commercialization timeline.
• Ensure material specifications and master data workflows are initiated and completed on schedule.
• Create and maintain Finished Good General Recipes and related SAP PDM workflows.
• Partner with PM and cross-functional teams to identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with teams to improve commercialization feasibility and launch processes.
