• Ability to build relationships with agents and producers.

• Represent Encova Insurance as agency manager for assigned agents.
• Grow premium and profitability through risk review and pricing decisions.
• Develop agency relationships via regular visits and training.
• Coordinate information for proposals and negotiate terms.
• Ensure proper policy issuance and compliance.
