Job summary

Robert Hadley Associates, a top regional law firm, seeks an Associate for its Commercial Transportation Practice Group. The ideal candidate has 3-7 years of litigation experience, preferably in the commercial transportation/trucking sector, and is admitted to the PA Bar (NY Bar a plus).

Remote work from anywhere in Pennsylvania is supported, with opportunities to work closely with senior attorneys on complex third-party liability matters.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial transportation/trucking.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active PA bar license in good standing; NY Bar a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions and prepare trial briefs; oversee discovery and expert witnesses.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, hearings and trials.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular case updates.
