Job summary

Allied Roofing & Construction is seeking a Remote Commercial Roofing Estimator based in the Philippines to prepare precise estimates for commercial roofing projects. The role requires hands-on estimating experience with TPO and EPDM systems, plan review, and accurate quantity takeoffs.

You will review plans, specifications, and job scopes, calculate labor and material costs, and coordinate with sales to resolve questions. This is a fully remote, contractor-based opportunity with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial roofing estimating experience.
• Experience with TPO and EPDM roofing systems.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and estimating software.
• Ability to interpret plans, specs, measurements, and photos.

Responsibilities

• Review roofing plans, specs, measurements and scopes.
• Prepare estimates for installation, replacement, and repair projects (TPO/EPDM).
• Perform material takeoffs and compute labor, equipment, disposal, permits, and subcontractor costs.
• Identify conditions affecting scope or pricing and flag discrepancies.
• Maintain organized estimating records and support revisions.
