Qualifications

• 1+ years of high-performing experience providing financial solutions to commercial clients (preferred).
• Experience in relationship management within commercial banking (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and primary contact for commercial clients.
• Lead growth and business development across a defined geography.
• Collaborate with bankers and product partners to deliver banking solutions.
• Lead credit processes and ensure asset quality and risk assessment.
• Maximize profitability of the assigned portfolio.
