This role supports a variety of specialty servicing segments and operational functions, requiring strong critical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex servicing scenarios. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who understands commercial lending operations, can assess operational impacts and risks, and effectively partners with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality client service and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational activities across specialty servicing portfolios, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established controls.
• Analyze complex servicing requests and transactions to identify risks, impacts, and appropriate resolutions.

Basic Qualifications
