We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Brand New Commercial Litigation Attorney for a fully remote role in the United States. The position offers a base salary up to $200,000 DOE with strong mentorship and hands-on experience in high-stakes commercial disputes.

The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of commercial litigation experience, will take depositions and manage discovery with partner guidance, and will thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with significant professional growth

Qualifications

• Exactly 4–5 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience handling depositions, hearings, arbitrations.
• Motivated by high-volume work, direct senior exposure, and rapid professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, fiduciary claims, fraud, trade secrets, non-competes, and more.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and strategy documents with partner guidance.
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
