We Are Legal Revolution in Boston seeks an experienced attorney to lead commercial litigation matters. The role offers exposure to sophisticated disputes and the opportunity to work directly with partners and clients in a Tier 1 Boston practice.

The position requires 4+ years of commercial litigation experience, with Massachusetts Bar admission preferred. Remote scheduling is available, with a focus on high-stakes disputes and meaningful courtroom exposure.

Formación

• 4+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Massachusetts Bar admission or ability to practice immediately preferred.
• State and federal court experience.
• Construction, white-collar or other specialist litigation experience attractive (not required).

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts.
• Draft dispositive motions, pleadings and substantive briefs.
• Develop case strategy directly with partners and clients.
• Take increasing ownership of matters from inception through resolution.
