About the Role

Our client, a distinguished commercial law firm with a strong national presence, is seeking an accomplished Remote Commercial Litigation Attorney to bolster its dispute resolution practice. This fully remote position allows a highly skilled litigator to operate from any location within South Africa, engaging in complex commercial disputes on behalf of a diverse clientele. The successful candidate will manage cases from inception through to resolution, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, appearing in court (virtually where possible), and negotiating settlements.
