Robertson Ryan Insurance is hiring a Commercial Lines Account Associate to support policy processing, endorsements, renewals, COIs, and day-to-day account servicing. This role collaborates with the Senior Account Manager, carriers, and clients to ensure accurate policy administration and exceptional service.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2+ years of insurance industry experience preferred.
• Applied EPIC agency management system experience required.
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, etc.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Review and process policy endorsements accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare, issue, and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
• Order, review, and document Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs) as needed.
• Assist with commercial policy renewals and renewal preparation.
• Maintain accurate policy and client information within the agency management system.
• Work closely with the Senior Account Manager and carriers to resolve policy-related issues.
• Communicate with clients regarding policy changes, documentation, and service requests.
• Ensure all required documentation is uploaded and maintained per agency and carrier standards.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with carriers and underwriters.
• Assist with policy servicing tasks and follow-up to ensure timely completion.
