Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to manage an assigned book of business, retain accounts, and support new business. You will coordinate day-to-day service, renewals, billing, and coverage analysis, while leading a team and ensuring data integrity across agency systems.

A active P&C license and trucking/transport experience are required; the position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Formación

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 3+ years account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and insurance systems.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Competence: Maintain industry expertise.
• Team Leadership: Direct daily activities of the account management team.
• Customer Service: Handle requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Policy Management: Manage expirations and renewals.
• Renewals: Prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Accounts Receivable: Monitor delinquent balances and collections.
• System Maintenance: Update agency systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communication: Maintain frequent updates on workload and issues.
• Service Excellence: Deliver proactive, timely service.
• Policy Compliance: Stay updated on company policies.
• Continuous Improvement: Adopt best practices to improve performance.
