Job summary

Mulling Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our growing team in Florida. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, providing trusted coverage guidance, and managing commercial accounts with a collaborative internal support team.

You will work alongside dedicated marketing, claims, and processing teams to focus on clients, coverage strategy, and consultative service, with onsite training in Auburndale.

Qualifications

• Active Florida 2-20 General Lines Property & Casualty license.
• Minimum three years of commercial insurance experience.
• Experience servicing commercial insurance accounts.
• Strong understanding of commercial property and casualty coverages.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
• Initial onsite training in Auburndale, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of commercial insurance clients.
• Partner with Producers on larger and more complex commercial accounts.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and coverage requests.
• Coordinate with internal marketing teams on submissions, quoting, and market access.
• Advise clients on commercial property and casualty coverage needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, producers, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of service requests.
• Participate in occasional client meetings and producer visits.
• Support team members and contribute to a collaborative service environment.
